How to Make Ramen Noodles

Ramen noodles seem simple but they are not. You can actually add a lot of different things to make the Ramen so much better. Starting with braised porkbelly. Pork belly that has been braised in oyster sauce and soy sauce for 2-4 hours. Then make a broth with part dashi stock and the pork marinade.

Top the noodles with the broth different vegetables and an egg that has been soft boiled. Then you can add Maki the original fish cake. Jullienned seaweed, spring onion and chili can round out your ramen noodles.

  2. I like the view on the proper way to cook Ramen however I think I'm going to stick with a cup of Ramen. Good entry this made me want Ramen.
